Yes, to move the USA embassy to Jerusalem. Is this the same as the capital? I don't have all the answers. There needs to be a two states solution. May be Circle-Circle Intersection of Jerusalem. Two circles may intersect in two imaginary points, a single degenerate point, or two distinct points. The intersections of two circles determine a line known as the radical line.
